When ever u see a grenade coming to you the first thing that you should do is turn around and go to the nearest cover.While runing avoid seeing the enemies grenade because it miight be a flash grenade.

Remember to throw your flash grenades at a high angle
Caution:when throwing a flash grenade avoid throwing at your allies it will make the flash grenade bounce on your allies and affect you.
